We would like to congratulate Cole Bumbaugh on his recent graduation from the DCFD Fire Academy. Cole has been active in firefighting since he was 14 years old and has now fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming a DC firefighter. Cole was a member of the Recruit Class 402, while attending the DCFD Fire Academy Cole excelled in his academics and upon his graduation he received the Recruit Academic Achievement Award - EMT and also the Recruit Academic Achievement Award - Firefighting. Cole will be assigned to E30 in his new position.
