At 10:54 Company 7 units were alerted for an inside investigation with smoke visible and a possible furnace fire. Chief 7 requested the assignment be upgraded to a full box. Upon investigation it was found that fuel oil was leaking onto the motor of the furnace and burning off causing the house to fill with smoke.
