Apartment Fire

At 11:22 this morning Company 7 was alerted to box 5-01 the 2200blk of Mont Alto Road for an apartment building fire. Engine 7-2, Squad 7, and DC 7 with a total of 6 responded. Engine 7-2 arrived dropping a supply line at a nearby hydrant and stretched a crosslay in the front door. Units found fire in a back room and porch area. The fire was quickly knocked by E7-2. No Caption Vehicle Crash, Public Service

A.M. 7 Craig Rhone, March 10

Just before 0600hrs Co.7 was alerted to the 2000blk LWE for a MVA with a vehicle into a building. Co.7 arrived to find the vehicle had traveled threw the building striking numerous oxygen and propane cylinders. Crews found only one tank that had ruptured and one patient self extricated. The crew found no other hazards. The scene was turned over to a site manager on scene.

House Fire, Brush Fire

@1014hrs Squad 7 w/4 was alerted for a reported house fire in the 2-50 box on Gap Road. First arriving units found an out of control controlled burn with possible extension into a house. Crews investigated and found no extension. The squad was released.
@1251hrs Brush 7 responded to Adams box 16-10 for a Brush fire. Brush 7 assisted with extinguishing the fire before returning to service.... (Full Story & Photos)

@1122 Squad 7 was alerted due to Squad 41 being OOS for a vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer at Exit 10 on Interstate 81. Units from Company 8 arrived finding a tractor trailer vs passenger car with the tractor trailer into the bridge. Squad 7 arrived with Engine 45 and staged for a short time before being released by Command 44.

AFA, Vehicle Crash I81

@1322 Engine 7-1 responded to 6837 LWE Rutter's for an AFA. Unit arrived and found it to be an accidental activation due to construction.
@1718hrs Squad 7 & E7-1 responded to box 44-81-7 for an MVA with reported entrapment. Sta4 units arrived with negative entrapment and advised Co.7 to stage at the 17MM. E7-1 would eventually handle a LZ for a patient that needed air medical.
