Another TT Accident on the “I”

Dec 3, 2016 – Starting off the afternoon @1441hrs Squad 7 w/4 & DC7 w/2 responded for a Land Rescue at 7127 Anthony Highway box 5-02 for a vehicle stuck in a car wash. Enroute Amb 5-7 advised they were on the scene with no vehicles stuck and advised no Fire/EMS were needed. Command 5 placed the box in service. Shortly after returning @1514 hours Co.7 & Sta. 4 was alerted to box 7-81-44 for a TT accident w/ Entrapment & Fire. Squad 7 w/4, Eng 7-1 w/3, DC7 w/2, Micu 7-6, and Micu 7-8 made the response. Enroute advised of multiple calls advising 2 TT’s involved with 1 possible person trapped and 1 TT possibly on fire. Chief 46 arrived first to find 2 TT’s involved 1 on the NB  and one on the SB side and negative Entrapment or Fire. DC7 arrived and estabished Command 7 while Sta.4 handled the TT on the NB and Co.7 handled the TT on the SB. 1 pt was airlifted. County EMA, Penndot, and Greene Twp also responded due to approximately 100gals of fuel being split. Units were in service within the hour.
